SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. – An Alberton man has pleaded guilty to one count under the Fisheries Act.

Allison Chester Adams, 41, was charged for being in possession of a quantity of lobster of a length less than 77 mm.

The charge is from Sept. 11, 2018, near Howard’s Cove.

Adams was fined $1,800.
