Summerside Police Services responded to a total of 487 calls in January.
21 - Traffic incidents
35 - Reported assaults and threats uttered
29 - Thefts
8 - Impaired driving offences
50 - Highway traffic offences
10 - Warnings issued
9 - Break and enters
7 - Drug charges.
Officers also received re-certification training for use of force and firearms and officers attended various community events such as a meeting with P.E.I. Crimestoppers and the annual general meeting for the Mi'kmaq Confederacy of P.E.I.’s Aboriginal Justice Committee.
