Emerald man pleads guilty to mischief, breaching probation

SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — Floyd Leonard Bernard, 49, of Emerald, has pleaded guilty to one count of breaching a probation order and one count of mischief for damaging property that is not his.

The charges are from Dec. 7, 2019 in Clermont.

Bernard was sentenced to serve 33 days in jail, but received permission to do so intermittently. He must also remain on probation for 12 months and pay $200 in victim surcharges.
