O'LEARY, P.E.I. — Except for an overturned dugout, municipal and private infrastructure in the Town of O’Leary survived hurricane Dorian well, councillor responsible for municipal property, Kevin Maynard advised in his report to the town’s September meeting.

Maintenance staff and the dugout’s supplier will be determining whether the dugout can be repaired.
