SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — A Freeland man has pleaded guilty to failing to comply with a conditional license.

Darryl MacIntyre, 48, was in court recently for an incident dating back to May 2019 near Belmont where he, under herring licence conditions, failed to hail in prior to arriving to port.

He was fined $500.
