Collicutt sentenced for multiple offences

SUMMERSIDE – Adam Donald Jerry Collicutt, 38, of an unknown address has pleaded guilty to one count of theft of items valued less than $5,000 from Wild Impulse in Charlottetown, one count of operating a vehicle while disqualified from doing so, one count of failing to stop a vehicle when prompted by police and one count of uttering a threat.

The theft charge is from Oct. 1, 2019, the threat charge is from Jan. 8 and the vehicle charges are from Jan. 11.

Collicutt was sentenced to serve 170 days in jail and received credit for serving the equivalent of 83 days since his arrest. He must also serve 18 months of probation, is prohibited from driving for 36 months and must pay $400 in victim surcharges.
