Celebrating Halloween with pumpkins and costumes in P.E.I.

Motorists are asked to keep a close eye out for any trick-or-treaters that are out and about this evening. Children should be accompanied by an adult, wearing costumes that are brightly coloured and reflective and are adhering to the Chief Public Health Office’s guidelines for going door-to-door and limiting contact.
