Carson pleads guilty to assaulting police officer

SUMMERSIDE – Emily Doris Carson, 55, of Summerside has pleaded guilty to one count of assaulting a police officer. 
The charge is from Nov. 26, in Summerside. 
Carson must remain on probation for 12 months and must pay a $100 victim surcharge.
