The following is the list of current mayors and councils for Prince County’s towns, and the list of nominations for the Nov. 5 municipal elections:
Elections for mayor will be held in Tignish, Alberton and Borden-Carleton. Incumbent mayors Eric Gavin in O’Leary, and Rowan Caseley in Kensington were returned by acclamation.
Not enough nominations were received in O’Leary to provide a full slate of councillors, so nominations there are being extended until Oct. 26.
