SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. - A family of three has been displaced by a fire Monday that damaged their two-storey farm house near Emerald, about 20 kilometres east of Summerside.
The fire was reported around 3:30 p.m. Oct. 15 at 423 Greenan Rd.
Disaster volunteers with the Canadian Red Cross arranged emergency lodging for the next few days plus purchases of food, clothing and other essentials for a couple and one child.
