BORDEN-CARLETON, P.E.I. — The Confederation Bridge may be restricting traffic on Sunday, Feb. 28. 

Weather forecasts predict wind conditions that could restrict traffic between approximately 3 a.m. and 2 p.m. 

The Confederation Bridge receives site-specific weather updates from Rowan Williams Davies and Irwin Weather Services (RWDI).
