CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — A 32-year-old Rice Point man was charged with impaired driving Wednesday night in Charlottetown.

Police pulled over the suspect driver on Minna Jane Drive at 9:20 p.m. on Sept. 11.  

The driver was charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle.

The man will appear in Provincial Court at a later date.

Charlottetown Police Services encourage the public to report any instances of impaired driving by calling 911.
