Alberton man guilty of impaired driving

SUMMERIDE, P.E.I. – A 46-year-old Alberton man has pleaded guilty to impaired driving.

Jason Arthur Ramsay was sentenced to serve 10 days in jail, which he received permission to do intermittently, and must remain on probation until his time is served.

The charge is from Oct. 13 in Bloomfield. 

Ramsay was also fined $1,500, must pay a $450 victim surcharge and is prohibited from driving for 12 months.
