SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. – A 30-year-old Aberton man pleaded guilty to one count of assaulting a woman and one count of mischief after damaging the windshield of a vehicle that wasn’t his.

The charges against Codey Troy Gordon,are from Oct. 1 in Mill River.

Gordon was fined $500 in relation to the assault and received a suspended sentence in relation to the mischief charge.

He must also pay $250 in victim surcharges.
