Guilty plea leads to jail time, fine for Summerside woman

SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. – Mary Alisha Arsenault, 25, of Summerside has pleaded guilty to one count of having control of a vehicle while also having a blood alcohol level above the legal limit.

The charge is from Sept. 30 in Summerside.

Arsenault was ordered to serve three days in jail, pay a $1,000 fine and $300 in victim surcharges.
