Charlottetown parkade getting lighting upgrade

CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — The Pownal Parkdale is getting an energy-efficient lighting upgrade.
Charlottetown's environment and sustainability committee recently moved a resolution that council supported unanimously.
Energy Network Services has been awarded the tender in the amount of $65,873. Funding for the project will come from the 2020-21 capital budget.
Eleven different companies bid on the project, with prices ranging from the low bid of $65,873 up to a bid from Riks Electric for $118,641.
