CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — P.E.I.’s all-female improv troupe, Side Hustle, has returned to The Guild this fall with a series of comedic off-the-cuff shows in support of Island housing-related charities.

The series continues Friday, Nov. 22, with a portion of proceeds going to Habitat for Humanity Prince Edward Island who provide affordable home ownership to Island families of limited income, empowering their social and economic future.

Side Hustle, who have been performing together since 2017, features members Caron Prins, Doris MacPhee, Kirstin Lund, Monica Rafuse, Nancy McLure, Patti Larsen and Sarah Brown.

Their brand of short and long-form improv games keeps audiences belly laughing from beginning to end. Side Hustle’s anything-can-happen style of comedy is for everyone.

“We are delighted to be returning to The Guild and couldn’t be happier to partner with Habitat for Humanity for our November show,” says Kirstin Lund, founding member of Side Hustle.

“Island audiences are simply the best and I know they will enjoy this series of shows, which will include a mix of brand-new games with some old favourites.”

The remaining fall shows include Dec. 6, in support of Anderson House. All shows start at 7:30 p.m. and include two 45-minute sets. Doors (and bar) open at 7 p.m. Tickets are on sale now for $20 and are available through The Guild online.
