Big catch in Middle River

Paul Marshall holds the massive brown trout he caught Saturday in Middle River, which was 31 inches long and weighed 12 pounds. “I’ve always caught big browns, right up to 20 inches to 25 inches,” he said. “But never this huge.” The Eskasoni man called it a “fish of a lifetime” and after he posted a photo of himself with the fish on Facebook, friends and family quickly gave him a new nickname — King Fisher.
