Tip Er Back hosts ceilidh in New Dominion, P.E.I., Aug. 4

NEW DOMINION, P.E.I. — Tip Er Back is hosting a ceilidh on Sunday, Aug. 4, at Afton Community Centre on Route 19 in New Dominion. 

This week's ceilidh will present guest performances from Darlene Bradley, Dillon Betts and Sheila MacKenzie. 

MacKenzie is a well-known fiddler who has played more than 20 years with bands such as Fiddlers’ Sons, Celtic Ladies and now with the popular group, Treble With Girls. Mackenzie can also be found regularly playing for square dances and concerts. 

Tip Er Back’s ceilidh runs 7:30-9:30 p.m., featuring lively traditional tunes as well as original material. 

There will be a complimentary lunch served at intermission. Admission is at the door with doors opening at 6:45 p.m. Come sit in air-conditioned comfort and enjoy the show.
