Family Storytime will feature a few special guests this month. On Thursday, Feb. 20, at 10:30 a.m. preschoolers and their families will be joined by a speech pathologist and will be joined by a nurse on Thursday, Feb. 27, at 10:30 a.m. Family Storytime is a free drop-in early literacy program that includes stories, songs, activities, and more.
Wiggle Giggle Read continues on Fridays at 10:30 a.m. This free drop-in early literacy program is for babies ages 0 to 36 months and their caregivers. Join us for rhymes, songs, books, and playtime activities.
School-aged children are invited to the library on Friday, Feb. 28, at 1:30 p.m. for some PD Day fun. We will be having an indoor snow day at the Library and doing activities and crafts inspired by snow.
Needle craft enthusiasts can learn all about fidget sleeves on Monday, Feb. 24, at 2 p.m. or again at 6 p.m. These crocheted or knitted sleeves adorned with interesting items are great for individuals with dementia, anxiety, or attention disorders. The bi-weekly library needle craft club meets regularly on Thursdays at 2 p.m. The next meeting will be Thursday, Feb. 27, at 2 p.m. and new members are welcome.
