Counter singer and songwriter Danny Drouin will be playing the Trailside Music Hall with special guest Julie Lynn Arsenault on Thursday, Jan. 14.
Drouin has been a staple in the live music scene for a long time here in P.E.I. In the last four years, he has been concentrating more on his songwriting and recording. His first release, It’s
Been A Long Week, was a full-length album released in 2017, and he has recently released an EP called Half a Pack from Friday.
He is currently working on his third full length album at his studio in western P.E.I.
“This will be the first time Danny and Julie have played the Trailside,” says owner Pat Deighan. “I got to see Danny play a couple years ago and was blown away at his songs – a great writer and singer.”
Tickets are available at Trailside.ca, Back Alley Music or by calling 902-367-3311. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. with music starting at 8 p.m.
