MacDonald has also performed across P.E.I. for many years and recently was a part of the popular group, Lady Singers Of Our Century, travelling across the Maritimes portraying popular country singers.

Richard and MacDonald will be joining the Ceilidh crew of Kendall Docherty, Peter Burke, Heartz Godkin, Brian Blacquiere and Brian Knox for an afternoon of music. The show runs 3-5 p.m., with the main gates opening for general admission at 2 p.m.

There is a full canteen service offered by the Brackley Drive In, as well as a 50/50 draw in support of the Ceilidh Gives Back Fund which supports various Island charities and families in need.

Admission is $10/person or $30/carload. People are welcome to bring along lawn chairs as they can listen outside or from the comfort of acar. Ceilidh organizers and the Brackley Drive In have also announced that there will be weekly shows until the end of September.
