CLARENVILLE, N.L. — Musicians Rube and Rake are the latest performers to grace the stage at Bare Mountain Coffee House as part of the Home Routes concert series which spans the country.
Home Routes is a non-profit arts organization based out of Manitoba.
Beginning in 2007, the group’s mandate is to expand performance infrastructure for folk music, while developing house concert circuits and more.
Many of the concerts are hosted in the homes of volunteers across Canada.
The Newfoundland and Labrador section of Home Routes will also feature Hannah James of the U.K. and Tanglecove of N.L. later this spring.
This is the first time Rube and Rake will have performed at the café.
The duo will play on Wednesday, Feb. 26, at 6:30 p.m.
