Donations accepted for International Fountain of Life project in rural P.E.I.

SOUTH FREETOWN, P.E.I. — Construction of the first International Fountain of Life is presently underway at the International Children’s Memorial at International Children’s Memorial Place at Scales Pond in South Freetown.

It is expected to be completed by next summer.

Family members are already getting together and making a family contribution as a Christmas gift to this project. Families and individuals wishing to contribute to its construction can do so by either contacting Ron Barrett at 902-436-2265 or Bill MacLean at 902-436-3077.

Plaques will be placed on the stone wall with contributor’s names for donations over $1,000. Receipts for incomes tax purposes will be given for all donations over $20.
