SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — Veteran comedian and actor Jon Dore will be hitting the stage live in Summerside on Saturday, April 18, 2020.
Well-known for his stand-up performances on "Just For Laughs", Comedy Central, HBO and the Winnipeg Comedy Festival, Dore has been one of Canada’s premier comedic talents for well over a decade.
Known for his offbeat humour and style that often pushes the boundaries of traditional stand-up comedy, Dore has earned a reputation as a talented performer whose stage presence and energy leave audiences in hysterics, wondering where he may take them next.
Fresh-off taping "The Stand Up Show with Jon Dore" for "Just For Laughs", Dore is a TV veteran, having written for and performed on some of the hottest shows in comedy, including "How I Met Your Mother", "Inside Amy Schumer", HBO’s "Funny As Hell".
Dore also had the honour of being the first featured comedian on Conan, where he quickly became a regular feature. He also starred in his own Comedy Network series "The Jon Dore Television Show," and recently starred in Comedy Central’s "Big Questions, Huge Answers with Jon Dore".
