CHARLOTTETOWN – Everyone is invited to take part in a full day of self-care coming up at Confederation Court Mall in Charlottetown.
How we care for ourselves differs from person to person, but the importance of it is universal, note the organizers of the expo.
On Saturday, Sept. 8, join Passion for Impact, a volunteer group, and learn different ways to practise self-care and treat yourself to a “you-day.” There will be demonstrations covered throughout the day from experts in Indian head massages, meditation, nutrition and cleansing, low-waste living, mediumship, energy work and embracing your spiritual gifts.
It all takes place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the second floor of the downtown mall.
Tickets to the event are $35 with all proceeds going towards providing a home for an impoverished family in the Dominican Republic.
