Legendary Canadian rockers Blue Rodeo are set to play Summerside’s Credit Union Place.
The group will be landing in Summerside, Feb. 8 as one of three stops in Atlantic Canada; the others being Feb. 9 in Halifax and Feb. 16 in St. John’s.
Tickets go on sale Friday, Nov. 16.
In the thirty years since forming, Blue Rodeo has sold over four million albums, won many Juno awards, has been inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame, received a star on Canada’s Walk of Fame, named to the Order of Canada and have been honoured with the Governor General’s Performing Arts Award.
Reflecting back on three decades of successes and those early Blue Rodeo days, the band fully appreciates how fortunate they are.
“When you look back, you realize that it has just been this beautiful dream,” said frontman Jim Cuddy.
