SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — County Fair Mall and Strathallen Property Management Inc. are hosting their first Share the Love with your Community event.
The event is to raise awareness about the importance for people to volunteer and give back to their community.
So far, 10 local not-for-profit organizations have signed up for this event.
These organizations will have informational tables set up promoting the open volunteer opportunities they have available.
County Fair Mall is welcoming the public to come in and visit the tables to learn more about the organizations and decide which group they would like to volunteer their time with.
The event takes place on Friday, Feb. 28 and Saturday, Feb. 29 from 1-4 p.m.
County Fair Mall will be supplying treats, hot chocolate and the opportunity to win some great prizes from the mall merchants.

- Emergency Animal Response Team
- Girl Guides Summerside
- Hospice P.E.I.
- Keeping Cats Homed
- Prince County Hospital Authority
- The Salvation Army
- College of Piping
- MADD
- Saint John Ambulance
