WOODSTOCK, P.E.I. - The West Prince business community is invited to a complimentary buffet breakfast in celebration of Small Business Week.
The breakfast - presented by the West Prince Chamber of Commerce, Rural Action Centre in Alberton and CBDC West Prince Ventures - will be held at the Mill River Resort on Wednesday, Oct. 17, from 8 to 10 a.m.
Kees and Sabina Kennema of Blue Sky Farms, a small greenhouse business in Brae, will be guest speakers.
Kees, who is originally from Holland, has a background in plant breeding and seed research, while Sabina was a professional florist in Switzerland.
During the breakfast, West Prince Ventures will present its Business Award of Distinction and its Young Millionaires Excellence Award.
