A famous American pancake joint may soon be making its way to the Island.
In a news brief posted on Restaurant Dive’s website, it was announced that IHOP (International House of Pancakes) will be opening restaurants in Atlantic Canada, including Prince Edward Island.
The Guardian reached out to IHOP’s parent company, Dine Brands Global, and received a response March 21 from Craig Hoffman, director of corporate communications, regarding the possible new location.
“We will be issuing a detailed press release about mid-next week, and at that time,” said Hoffman.
