SUMMERSIDE, PEI - The weekend that unofficially launches the summer season is here and all things considered, the weather looks quite nice. The bookend days will be bright with near or even slightly above seasonal temperatures, especially on Victoria Day. Sunday on the other hand, will be quite wet. The rain will reach the Island before sunrise Sunday and continue for much of the day. A brisk west wind will bring clearing for Monday.
