This stunning photo of the Milky Way was taken in Swift Current, Placentia Bay, N.L., which by the way, Jason Edwards claims is one of the most beautiful places on the island. Jason loves photography and says the weather conditions in Placentia Bay rarely make for good photography. This was a rare opportunity when the fog had lifted and the winds died down to capture the centre of our galaxy!
