SUMMERSIDE: Summer makes a blustery exit

A powerful fall storm that originated in the American mid-west is headed for Labrador. The accompanying warm then cold fronts will bring rain, rising temperatures and lots of wind. As the intense area of low pressure tracks north and east of the province, the wind will shift to the northwest and clearing will follow. The wind is expected to gust to 70 km/h Saturday morning. Behind the storm, a fair weather system will slide in from the west, offering a fair start to the new season.
