Both teams posted convincing wins over the visiting Crandall University Chargers at the Terry Fox Sports Complex on Wednesday night.
The women’s team improved to 7-0-2 (won-lost-tied) in the Atlantic Collegiate Athletic Association (ACAA) following an 11-1 romp. The men’s team is now 8-0-1 after a 4-0 victory.
Both Holland College teams take on the Dal AC Rams in Truro, N.S., on Saturday. Game times are 2 and 4 p.m.

Briar Roberts scored a hat trick while Sabrina Molnar, T-Anna Fraser and Darby Myers each netted two goals to lead the Hurricanes. Fallon Gaudet and an own goal accounted for the other two Holland College goals.
Nicole McInnis was the winning keeper.

Two first-half goals by James Briand was more than enough offence for the Holland College men. James Mallard scored early in the second half, and a Crandall own goal rounded out the scoring.
Logan Doiron stopped the two shots he faced to earn the shutout.
