Storm improves to 2-0
in senior men’s play
ROSEBANK – The West Prince Storm recently improved to 2-0 (won-lost) in the Outriders P.E.I. Senior Men’s Soccer League (Third Division).
The Storm, led by the two-goal effort of Elliott Watters, edged Outriders FC 4-3. Aaron Sentner and Spencer Phillips added single tallies for the Storm.
Roberval Almeida (2) and Riley Shea countered for Outriders (0-2).
Acorn, Clark key win by
Summerside U15 girls
SUMMERSIDE – Katie Acorn and Lauren Clark keyed a victory by the Summerside United on Thursday night.
Acorn scored the game’s lone goal in the 74th minute, and Clark earned the shutout in the United’s 1-0 victory over the Winsloe/Charlottetown Royals.
The United hosted the Subway P.E.I. Under-15 Girls Soccer League (Premier Division) game at Eric Johnston Field.

Bernard, Campbell
lift Team One
SUMMERSIDE – Sydnee Bernard and Oxanna Campbell scored to lift the Summerside United Team One to a 2-0 victory over the Summerside United Team Two in a Subway P.E.I. Under-13 Girls Soccer League (Second Division) game on Thursday.
Heleena Luddington earned the shutout.
Team One led 1-0 at halftime.
Itani nets five
goals for Royals
WINSLOE – Karim Itani scored five goals to lead the Winsloe/Charlottetown Royals to a 9-2 win over the visiting Eliot River Ramblers in a Subway P.E.I. Under-13 Boys Soccer League (First Division) game on Thursday.
Ziyad Salman and Kyle Barrett each scored two goals for the Royals, who were in front 7-1 at halftime.
Cameron Burke and Devin Mills countered for the Ramblers.
