Perry and Affleck shot identical scores of 74 at the Avondale Golf Course.
Perry shot 37s on each of the front nine and back nine while Affleck had splits of 39 and 35.
Not far behind were Garry Paton (76), Steve MacIsaac (77), Peter Clark (78) and Jim MacIntyre (78).
Super Senior Division
In the Super Senior Division, Bert DesJardins posted a one-shot victory over Joe Spriet. Desjardins shot a 77 while Spriet had a 78 score.
Don Ling (79) and Mike McCarvillle (80) were close behind.
The next tour event is at the Fox Meadow Golf Club on Monday, Sept. 11.
