United, Souris teams earn victories

SUMMERSIDE –
Emma Shaw’s second-half goal proved to be the difference for the Summerside United Team Two recently.
That tally broke a scoreless tie, and lifted the United to a 1-0 win over the Sherwood-Parkdale Rangers in a Subway P.E.I. Under-15 Girls Soccer League (First Division) game at Eric Johnston Field.
Heleena Luddington earned the shutout.

All of the scoring took place in the second half as Souris blanked the Sherwood-Parkdale Rangers 2-0 in a Subway P.E.I. Under-15 Girls Soccer League (First Division) game at the Souris Rink pitch on Tuesday evening.
Delaney Roche and Emily Peters found the back of the net for Souris.
Brooklyn MacInnis notched the clean sheet.

Cormier earns
shutout for United
SUMMERSIDE –
Sydney Cormier earned the shutout as the Summerside United got by the Souris Lamplighters 1-0 in a Subway P.E.I. Under-13 Girls Soccer League (First Division) contest recently.
The United hosted the game at Eric Johnston Field.
The game was scoreless until Allie Simpson’s second-half goal proved to be the difference for the United.

SUMMERSIDE –
The Eliot River Ramblers’ Team Two and Summerside United played to a scoreless draw recently.
Sydney Cormier recorded the shutout for the United while Andrea Desbarats registered the clean sheet for Eliot River.
The Subway P.E.I. Under-13 Girls Soccer League (First Division) was played at Three Oaks Senior High School in Summerside.
