SUMMERSIDE – The Valley Wildcats got back on the winning track on Wednesday afternoon.

Tarek Paranica (1-1), Matt Hermary (1-1), Makail Parker and Donavon Beatty scored for the Wildcats in a 4-1 win over the Campbellton Tigers as part of the MHL (Maritime Junior Hockey League) Showcase. Brock McLeod added two assists as Valley improved to 2-6-0-1 (won-lost-overtime losses-shootout losses).
Luc Arsenault netted Campbellton’s lone goal.
Overall, the shots-on-goal were 26-21 in favour of the Tigers (2-5-1-0). Winning goaltender was Jacob Stewart, and Greg Maggio was between the pipes for Campbellton (2-5-1-0).
