Western Caps announce fundraising hockey pool

SUMMERSIDE – The Summerside Western Capitals are taking on fundraising in a fun and competitive way this season.

Summerside Western Capitals

With the NHL regular season approaching, fans and the general public are invited to join the team's Pick and Win Hockey Pool.

Once a week, fans will be reminded to pick the teams they think will win the Saturday night games throughout the NHL regular season.

With an entry fee of just $25, fans get to play each of the 25 NHL regular-season weeks for just $1 a week. Each week, the person that guesses the most wins correctly will receive $25. The overall wins leader at the end of the regular season will pick up $500.

The Capitals play in the MHL (Maritime Junior Hockey League).
