BRAMPTON, ONT. – Defenceman Bailey Webster recorded his first career professional hockey point on Friday night.

Webster drew an assist on Scott Jacklin’s goal that proved to be the game-winner. Jacklin scored on a rebound off a hard Webster point shot that gave the Brampton Beast a 4-2 lead over the Wheeling Nailers. Brampton would go on to win the ECHL contest 4-3.
The son of Jason and Tara Webster of the Blue Shank Road concluded his major junior career with the Saint John Sea Dogs in March, and he recently signed an amateur tryout contact with the Laval Rocket. The Rocket and Beast are affiliates of the Montreal Canadiens.
