O’LEARY – The Prince County Warriors split a pair of weekend games.
The Warriors doubled the P.E.I. Major Bantam AAA Hockey League-leading Central Attack from Charlottetown 6-3 on Friday night, and lost 4-1 to Fredericton in an interlocking game with the New Brunswick Major Bantam AAA Hockey League on Sunday afternoon.
The results leave the Warriors at 10-11-2 (won-lost-tied) and in third place in the four-team Island league.

At the O’Leary Community Sports Centre, the Warriors held a pair of one-goal leads after the first two periods – 2-1 and 4-3.
Donovan Arsenault’s hat trick led the Warriors offensively. Zach Biggar (1-2), Jack Reilly and Liam Greenan added single goals while Jesse Blanchard contributed three assists. Single helpers went to Garrett Culleton, Colby MacDonald, Frederick Morency and Max Chisholm.
Landon MacDonald (1-1), Alex Graham (1-1) and Jamie Collins replied for the Attack (17-6-2).
Aiden Williams earned the goaltending win.

Fredericton 4 Attack 1
At the O’Leary Community Sports Centre, three unanswered second-period goals gave Fredericton control of the game after the first period ended in a 1-1 tie.
Andrew Gweon (1-1), Zach Graham (1-1), Gavin Stairs and Zach Bishop provided Fredericton’s goals.
Culleton and MacDonald set up Carson Wood with the Warriors’ lone goal.
Turner Ellis tended goal for Prince County.
