Two senior hockey games this weekend

ABRAM-VILLAGE – The third week of the West Prince Senior Hockey League will feature two interesting matchups.

The first game has the undefeated O'Leary Maroons visiting the Wellington Flyers at the Evangeline Recreation Centre on Friday at 8:45 p.m.
The Maroons have looked good thus far, posting two victories in as many games. The Flyers, meanwhile, will look to bounce back after losing their last outing to the Alberton Regals.
 
Regals in Tignish
The second game of the weekend will take place at the Tignish Credit Union Arena on Saturday as the hometown Aces host the Alberton Regals in a matchup beginning at 7:30 p.m. 
The Aces hope the return home will give them the edge to get into the winner's circle. Meanwhile, the Regals will look to build on their momentum of last week's win over the Flyers.

Season
The West Prince Senior Hockey League consists of an eight-game regular season schedule, with teams only playing once a week.
Once the regular season is complete, two best-of-five semifinal series' will take place between first- and fourth-place teams, and the second- and third-place squads.
The winning teams will square off in a best-of-seven series.
