The Capitals play in Alberton on Sunday at 4:10 p.m., and host their home opener at The Plex in Slemon Park on Monday at 8:15 p.m.

Haillie Ray Melanson, Tara Gavin and Jillian Johnson scored for the Capitals, who received assists from Lindsay Picketts (2) and Christina Waugh.
Amy MacKendrick and Sarah Maynard replied for Tyne Valley. Ashley Bishop added two assists.
Evangeline 7 Capitals 3
Samantha Ellis scored four goals and added an assist while Holly Bernard netted a brace and collected three helpers to lead Evangeline. Jacinthe Jackson picked up a single goal while Marise Gallant and Nina Arsenault assisted.
Stacy Montgomery (2) and Melanson (1-1) countered for Summerside. Bethany Simpson and Danielle Crosby drew helpers.
