POWNAL, P.E.I. – Dawson Palmer scored the winner Monday as the Pownal Taco Boyz Red Devils defeated the Kings County Kings 2-1 in Prince Edward Island Midget AAA Hockey League action.

Noah Morrison also scored in the win while Alex MacEachern and Larkin Kennedy had the helpers.

Jacob MacEachern from Ty Peardon replied for the Kings.

Trevor Whalen earned the win while Ben Bruce took the loss.

Pownal held period leads of 1-0 and 2-1. The Red Devils improved to 11-7-1 while the Kings are 8-6-4.
