SUMMERSIDE – The Summerside Capitals earned a win and a tie in two P.E.I. Midget A Hockey League road games recently.
The Capitals pulled out a 3-2 win over the Alberton Regals, and skated to a 1-1 draw with the Tignish Aces.

At the Jacques Cartier Arena, Cole Mugridge had a goal and two assists to lead Summerside. Clark Blacquiere (1-1) and Cole Carr had the other Capitals’ goals. Braden Rogerson and Kyle Wilson added assists.
Tanner Rochford and Joel Matthews each had a goal and an assist for the Regals. Dylan Richard had a strong game in goal to earn the win.

At the Tignish Credit Union Arena, Mugridge scored for Summerside while Adam Doucette, assisted by Nick Goguen, countered for Tignish.
