KENSINGTON

The Kensington Wild scored six times on 42 shots in downing the visiting Northern Moose 6-2 Saturday in a NB/P.E.I. Major Midget Hockey League Game at Community Gardens.

Colby MacArthur was in on four of the Wild’s goals, picking up a goal and three assists. Also scoring were Frank Fortin (2), Ryan Richards (1,1), Mark Richard (1,1) and Nick Trainor. Adding assists were Clark Webster, Zac Arsenault, Dixon MacLeod, Brad Campbell, William Proud and Carter Cahill.

Chad Arsenault picked up the goaltending win, stopping 22 of the Mosses 24 shots.

Jarrett Wood and Brendan Milson were the only Moose to score on the Wild’s Chad Arsenault who faced 24 shots. Assists for the Moose were credited to Sebastian Hebert and Frederic Castonguay.

The Wild, who held period leads of 3-0 and 6-2, were assessed five of the game’s nine minor penalties. The Moose also picked up a 10-minute misconduct.
