First-place Metros visit Red Wings

ABRAM-VILLAGE – The Arsenault’s Fish Mart Western Red Wings will be looking to build off last week’s third-period rally.
The Red Wings will host the Island Junior Hockey League-leading Sherwood-Parkdale A&S Scrap Metal Metros at the Evangeline Recreation Centre on Sunday. Puck drop is scheduled for 7 p.m.
The Red Wings erupted to score four unanswered third-period goals in a 7-5 come-from-behind win over arch-rival Kensington Moase Plumbing and Heating Vipers last Sunday.
The Red Wings, who expect captain Chasse Gallant to return to the lineup, sit in third place at 3-5-2 (won-lost-overtime losses). The Metros are 7-3-1.
