YARMOUTH, N.S. – Tyler Caseley came on in relief to help the Yarmouth Mariners to a victory in MHL (Maritime Junior Hockey League) pre-season action Wednesday night.
The Kensington native took over in goal to start the third period, and stopped all eight shots he faced in a scoreless final 20 minutes to help the Mariners to a 5-4 victory over the Valley Wildcats.
It was Caseley’s third appearance in an exhibition game this year, and he has a 3.01 goals-against average and .889 save percentage.
