CRAPAUD – The East Prince Wildcats picked up a win and a loss in recent P.E.I. Bantam A Female Hockey League action.
Jessica Larsen’s goal with 30 seconds remaining in the third period lifted the Wildcats to a 4-3 win over the North River Flames at the South Shore Actiplex.
Katie Acorn scored twice while Brinley Gallant rounded out the scoring for East Prince. Larsen, Lilly Reeves, Hannah Silliker and Jill Lockerby earned assists.
Marlie Tremere led the Flames’ offence with two goals. Brin Wilson also scored while Hayden Ford, Camden Hemphill King and Hillary Quilty added assists.
Maggie Gaudet was the winning goaltender.

Montague prevails
At the Cavendish Farms Wellness Centre in Montague, Kathleen Ryan scored twice as the league-leading Montague Norsemen edged East Prince 2-1.
Drew MacNeill added an assist for Montague, and Claire Keough replied for the Wildcats.
Winning goaltender was Nathan Nielsen.
