CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. – The Sherwood Metros scored twice in the third period and squeaked out a 5-4 win over the North River Flames in Razzy’s P.E.I. Junior C Hockey League action Monday at Cody Banks Arena.

Robert Hicken and Jake Arsenault did the honours in the final frame during a five-minute section, completing the come-from-behind win and giving Sherwood a league-best 22-2 record.

Arsenault had a goal and an assist earlier in the game. Tanner Power (1-1) and Stephen Gaudet had the other Metros goals. Derian Vessey chipped in two assists.

Keirsten Steele, Connor Andrews, Blake Gallant and Kyle Doucette netted the Flames markers, while Tanner Hood tallied two helpers.
